Content you submit to community features — including allocation drop reports, trade board listings, and tasting notes — is visible to other logged-in Bourbon Tracker™ users. Your display name and avatar are shown alongside this content. Do not post information you wish to keep private in these sections.
If you share your collection via a public link, your collection data becomes viewable by anyone with that link, including people without Bourbon Tracker™ accounts. You control whether to generate and share this link.

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted from our database within 30 days. Some data may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being purged. Usage counters stored in your browser's localStorage are controlled by you and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Barrel-Tracker, LLC (DBA Bourbon Tracker™) is a software service for tracking and managing personal bourbon collections. We are not a licensed alcohol retailer, wholesaler, or distributor. We do not sell, purchase, broker, or facilitate the sale or purchase of alcohol. Links to third-party retailers and auction houses are provided for informational convenience only. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, sale, possession, and consumption of alcohol.
Bourbon Tracker™, LLC is an Ohio limited liability company. Ohio does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law equivalent to the CCPA or GDPR. However, we voluntarily provide the rights described in Section 6 above to all users regardless of location.
